Day 28 - The HVAC crew arrived this morning and had the split system installed and tested by early afternoon. I tested it this evening and it puts out plenty of air conditioning and heat.

The carpenters installed some Everbuilt house wrap to cover the open spaces for the west wall windows.  They sealed the sub-floor joist seams with caulking and installed R30 insulation to be ready for tomorrow's inspection. The drywall patches in our family room received an initial coat of spackling and will probably need two days to dry before sanding.

The gutters and ceiling panels (Armstrong 1264 Rustic Pine) were delivered today, and trash was removed. We met with the program manager and crew chief to review the remaining work that must be completed before the back yard landscaping project begins on 9/19.  We also have asked to have the remaining family room shingles replaced to provide a uniform appearance.

We have selected a tile installer and are looking at paint colors for the sunroom drywall that will be installed next to the family room.
