Day 35 - A two-man crew worked long hours, supplemented by a third crew member for part of the day, to finish installing the decorative ceiling panels and skylight framing. They also installed the HVAC access panel for the drain pump and the cover panels for the sunroom columns. They sealed all the window frames and did a lot of general cleaning, including removing the protective plastic sheets from the windows. The gutter downspouts and window screens were also installed.
There are a few remaining items to finish next week, but we are close to done. All construction material and trash was removed from the yard in preparation for the landscaping crew to begin work in the back yard on Monday.
